What are your hours of operation?
You may order from Milagros on-line 24-7. Our boutique in Portland is open seven days a week, click for location and operating hours.
What should I expect to happen when I place an order online?
Once your online order has been submitted you will receive confirmation via email acknowledging receipt of the order. Most orders will be processed within 48 hours and shipped within 7 business days.
What are you going to do with my name and contact information?
Which credit cards do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
What are your shipping methods and costs?
We ship most orders with USPS and you are only charged the actual shipping expense. You can choose a variety of options based on delivery speed and expense. All orders over $100 receive FREE ground shipping (expedited shipping is an additional charge.)
You also have the option to pick-up your order at the Milagros boutique in Portland, Oregon. This is always a free service.
Can items be shipped internationally?
At present, we only ship to addresses in the USA and Canada.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Milagros on-line gift certificates are a perfect present for friends or family! Multiple denominations are available and you simply provide the recipient’s name and or email address.
If you provide an email address, the gift certificate will be emailed directly to them as soon as your purchase is made. If no email address is provided, a gift card with the certificate information will be mailed with your order. Milagros gift certificates never expire and can be used any time on-line at Milagros!
Please note that gift certificates purchased on-line are only valid on-line. Gift certificates purchased at the Milagros Boutique in Portland are only valid at our brick and mortar store.
What is your return policy at your Portland store?
Receipts are required for returns. Exchanges or returns for store credit may be made with a receipt within 30 calendar days of your purchase. Full refunds may be requested for any item returned within 7 calendar days of the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for on-line orders?
You may return new, unused, unopened items sold by Milagros on-line within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We’ll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. To make arrangement for a return, please email us.
